Information we process

When you sign in, Discord provides your account identifier, display name, and avatar. We process order, product, license, referral, and support-related information needed to deliver purchases and operate your account.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. UltraCore does not receive or store your complete card number.

Security

Login network information may be retained to prevent account and referral abuse. Access is restricted to authorized administrators.

MACROStudio crash diagnostics

Crash collection is off by default. If UltraCore support enables sanitized diagnostics for a specific account or direct license, the launcher asks that customer for consent on each entitled launch; declining does not affect access. After consent, MACROStudio may automatically send a small report only if it crashes during that session. A report can include the app version, coarse Windows version, exception type, a one-way exception-message fingerprint used to group matching failures, source-file basenames, function names, line numbers, and recent event names. The free-form exception message itself is not uploaded. Reports do not include screenshots, configuration files, credentials, full local paths, traceback variables, email addresses, account names, network addresses, or raw hardware identifiers. Access is limited to UltraCore super administrators, the server preference can stop uploads immediately, resolved reports are removed 90 days after resolution, and every report is removed within 180 days.

First-party analytics

UltraCore records privacy-conscious events such as page views, product views, cart additions, checkout starts, and completed orders. These events help improve products and the purchase experience. They do not contain payment-card details and are not sold to advertisers.

Retention and requests

Operational records are retained as needed for delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Contact UltraCore through the official Discord community to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Updates

This policy may be updated when site features or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
